Brisket Taco from Casita Jorge’s

damn.. who woulda thought these tex-mexers could nail some brisket. Savory and tender beef. with all the flavor you should expect from the best brisket. Cabeza ordered 2 of these bad boys. The homemade flour tortillas added to the punch. good job jorges.. wish I could say the same about their Regular Tacos… what once was perfection has turned into a study in moppishness….and inconsistency.

   fuckin good…I was actually blown away by this taco…the meat was so moist & tender and juicy…stuffed inside HUGE homemade flour tortillas that were fluffy, soft, warm and scrumpt. the BBQ sauce came on the side- it was nothin special, so I put a little sour cream opn there, and the green sauce. BAMM! by far the best thing Ive eatin at JORGE’s.
