It is truly one of the great 2am Mexican food joints in the Phx area. They actually have several items on their menu that are worth eating - even when the sun is still up! They make a pretty mean carne asada burrito for about 5 bucks, and their green chili is pretty decent as well. Where else can you feed a car full of people for under $20 at 1 am?
