They will be transforming the current trailer location on S. 1st street into “Torchy’s Trailer Park and Eatery” (I love that name! How can you not, it has “trailer park” in it!). The catch is that the “new” trailer will be turning into Shuggie’s - a burger joint. It's no secret that I love your blog! I wanted to give you a heads up, though, about the Torchy's location. Isn't that the place right next to Bouldin Creek Coffee House? If so, that's the wrong location. I asked Torchy's owner Mike Rypka the same question, cause I thought this building was what he was talking about. The new Torchy's is actually a few lots closer to the original taco stand. It has some garage-looking things and plenty of parking. It doesn't appear close to being finished, but how long does it take to set up some trailers, right? :) Hope ya'll are happily munching around town today! addie Hey, Taco Towners!
