		<description>i have bad holiday yam memories from childhood.. 

but now i am obsessed..  you gotta get good ones tho.. i have had some really shitty quality sweet potatoes.. dont skimp.. 

i&#039;m not sure how one would spot the good ones visually..  i just go with the organic garnet yams from central market. great success. </description>
